Picking Promotional Products

by | Print Depot News

Consider two types of campaign. Brand a perceived high-value product and give it to your top clients to say thank you. Perhaps a good umbrella, a rain jacket or an expensive pen. The branding should be subtle or just personalised for the client. They won’t forget who gave it to them!

Or cleverly brand an inexpensive pen, ruler or shopping trolley token and give it to every customer and the prospect you come in contact with. These are handy useful items that people use every day and so your brand is in their hand every day.

Most people like to get something for nothing especially if its practical and useful. That is why Pens and Pencils are the biggest selling promotional product in the world for many years. They are tried and tested and still work. Having said that, there may be a better product suited to your particular campaign. Use a product with a quirky tag line. For example, a mini LED torch – “making light work of your bookkeeping” or “turning the spotlight on inadequate home protection”.

Why not use a promotional product in a marketing campaign. Send out a Printed Card with your message and a pencil attached in the post.  “This is our charge per month and this is a pencil for you to work out your savings if you sign up with us. (you can use the pencil to sign up too!).
