We worked for the best brands and companies in Ireland

Print Depot is proud to have worked for some of the best-known brands and companies in the Irish market over the past two decades. Many of them have been on our client list from the earliest stages of the business, and we are proud to say that we have helped them grow their brands through good times and bad, adopting a genuine partnership approach which is at the heart of our business model.

Our Client’s Success Stories

“Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.”

Carroll’s Irish Gifts

Carroll’s Irish Gift Stores is one of Dublin’s major retailers, with nine stores in Dublin city centre. They were anxious to give something to their customers, who were mainly tourists and have supported them over many years.

They decided they would like to produce a free tourist map of the city as a customer gift, and we were commissioned to design and print this map.

The product was printed as an A3 sheet both sides, and folded to DL for ease of use and compactness. On one side, we were able to advertise a range of products from the Carroll’s stores, including the FAI Football Store and the Guinness range of products and clothing. Coupled with this, some of the major bus tour operators were also happy to advertise.

On the map side, we were able to incorporate all the major tourist attractions in the city, with Carroll’s Irish Gift Stores and all the walking distances between these locations, plus lots of other useful and practical information.

This product was a great success with Carroll’s customers and has been reprinted on many occasions. It has also been rolled out in Belfast and is currently being designed for Cork.

Enable Ireland

Print Depot has been active for many years in the charity sector, notably through clients such as the Irish Heart Foundation, Debra Ireland and Irish Hospice. So when Enable Ireland (formerly Cerebral Palsy Ireland) approached us to help them promote a nationwide Action Week on Disability, we were instantly up to the task.

The requirement was to design and print a suite of printed communication products to highlight the fundraising week. After taking the brief, we set about providing a very bright and colourful range of products that would be instantly recognisable and used throughout the country by various PR agencies, and also in all the Enable Ireland Stores.

We provided Collection Boxes, Posters, Invites, Tickets, Window Graphics, Shop Displays and a wide range of Point of Sale material – all designed from scratch – to provide maximum impact and awareness.

The buildup to Action Week on Disability gave us an opportunity to showcase the wide range of services we can provide – working to tight budgets and even tighter deadlines.

We’re delighted to report that the campaign was a resounding success, not only for Enable Ireland but for Print Depot also.

Down Syndrome – HB Ice Cream Fundays

This is our second time to do this great promotional print job for Down Syndrome Ireland. They are a fantastic organisation and this is an equally fantastic promotion with HB supporting Down Syndrome Ireland. We produced letters, vouchers, invitations, posters, leaflets and certificates. You can register for your pack next year. All you need to do is organise an Ice Cream Funday (an ice cream party) for your friends and family. (You’ll be very popular!) Collect money for Down Syndrome on the day and then send it in to receive a receipt and certificate!

Millward Brown Lansdowne

Market research specialists, Millward Brown Lansdowne, were commissioned by Failte Ireland to provide a comprehensive survey of tourists during their visit to Ireland, for completion on their return home.

Among the challenges in this job was the fact that the survey was in six different languages, with 20 pages of questions, and each language had to be sequentially numbered. We also had to make the layout and flow of the document easy to work with and understandable for the tourist. Working with the client, we were able to provide a very well designed survey in English taking into account all the technical difficulties that arose.

Subsequently, through a translation partner, the other five languages were incorporated into our English design and all six languages were delivered with a very successful outcome.
