I’ve been in various businesses for over 22 years and in all that time I’ve built a very good working relationship with most suppliers. In a lot of cases these companies have been with me from business to business and I still recommend them even if I no longer have need of their product or service. The reasons I stick with them are numerous and here are some of them.
- I trust them.
- They are great at what they do.
- They rarely let me down (but if they do they put things right).
- They are easy to do business with.
- The quality of their product or service is excellent.
- I like them.
In short, Trust is the most important reason. I have a great business relationship with them and if a new supplier wants to do business with me, this is what they have to compete with. These business people have inspired me to become this type of supplier to my customers. That is my goal with every customer and client, to become a trusted supplier. Thankfully I’ve had a lot of success.
